Anam Cara Featured at Truffle Festival Grand Dinner
Some 300 guests will join us for an evening of conviviality at the 11th Grand Truffle Dinner featuring Oregon’s native winter white and black truffles in a six-course feast by celebrated nationally recognized chefs. Wine pairings include Anam Cara Cellars Nicholas Estate Pinot Noir. Considered by many to be the pièce de résistance of the weekend, the 2016 Grand Truffle Dinner features chef talent known for their love of fresh, seasonal ingredients, and their skill and creativity with Oregon truffles.
