Biodynamics 101 Class

Classroom with a View. In the true spirit of IPNC, we would like to invite you to Youngberg Hill Vineyards for an afternoon of enlightenment on Thursday, July 26th from 2:30-5:00 pm.  Learn the practical side of farming from three practitioners and a writer or two on the subjects of organic, sustainable, biodynamic, authentic, and holistic farming of wine grape vineyards. Joining us will be Rudy Marchesi of Montinore, Moe Momtazi of Maysara, Wayne Bailey of Youngberg Hill, and possibly Doug Tunnell of Brickhouse. This seminar is intended to share various ways in which viticulturalists approach the subject of Biodynamics, and how that relates to a day in the vineyard.  It will be an open forum format, so all questions will be answered and ideas exchanged.  We will also be giving a tour of the vineyard as part of the seminar.  We hope you can join us! $35 per person

Later in the evening at 6:30pm, we will be co-hosting a dinner with Yamhill Valley Vineyards and Panther Creek Cellars.  We are pleased to have Chef David Machado of Nel Centro preparing a delicious meal that pairs with our wines.  Relax in good company, and treat your tastebuds to an evening of enjoyment. $125 per person. We invite you to take part in both the seminar and the dinner. $140 per person
