Bries and Blues Class
Mold-Ripened Soft Cheeses/Bries and Blues (Mary) $65/person. Covers the basics of fresh drained cheeses, and introduces the next step of using surface molds to ripen your cheese. You'll learn how to make Brie, creamy roquefort-style blue cheese, and drier Danish style blue cheese. The cheese tasting plate for this class is particularly divine and will be served with a selection of local premium dessert wines. SPACE AVAILABLE, about half full
