Celebrate Summer Wine & Food Pairing
Raptor Ridge Winery invites you to Celebrate Summer! To mark the occasion, Raptor Ridge is offering a specially selected flight of our single vineyard wines, paired with a few fantastic BBQ inspired bites prepared by Raptor Ridge Chef and Side Yard Farm owner, Stacey Givens. Stacey and Raptor Ridge sommelier Tom Champine creatively pair these wines to über local bites, many grown directly in Stacey's urban farm. Guests can take in the evening air and observe dusk from the tremendous "Flight Deck" in the Chehalem Mts, and meet other Food and Wine loving fans. As a bonus, each guest will take home a new recipe and a bit of wine pairing wisdom! Fee: $15, $10 club members
