Cheesemaking 101 with Elk Cove Vineyards / Quail Run Creamery / Gaston
Cheesemaking 101 includes a tour of the farm/micro-creamery, cheese history/appreciation, instruction in cheesemaking, and a cheese plate paired with local fruits, jams, salami and wine. We are excited to be partnering with Elk Cove on this class. We will be pairing a variety of Oregon cheeses with Elk Cove's wonderful Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir. Fee: $50 per person.
