Dinner at The Carlton Winemakers Studio featuring cuisine by Valley Commissary

We are thrilled to announce that we will be teaming up with Valley Commissary for a summer dinner on Thursday, July 16th at 6:30pm . Dinner will be served family-style and will feature wines for purchase by Andrew Rich, Lazy River, Hamacher, Bachelder and Wahle.

Jesse Kincheloe, Owner and Executive Chef of Valley Commissary, was born and raised in Healdsburg, CA in the heart of Sonoma County. He moved to th e Northwest to attend the Western Culinary Institute’s Le Cordon Bleu in Portland. After graduating, he received an externship at Crush restaur ant in Seattle, which later won Food and Wine magazine's Best Chef awar d along with a James Beard award. From there, Jesse moved to Oregon’s w ine country to help open The Allison in Newberg. Jesse and his wife Eric a eventually settled in McMinnville, where he became the opening chef o f Community Plate and, later, Walnut City Kitchen. Jesse has long drea med of starting his own project and pursued this dream with the opening of Valley Commissary in 2014.


We are pleased to offer this dinner f or $30/person with wines sold for $5/half glass. Our doors will open at 6pm and the dinner will begin at 6:30pm.
