Gorge Artists Open Studios Tour
ART COMES WITH SPRING TO THE GORGE
The 2013 Gorge Artists Studio Tour featuring 29 regional artists in Oil, Watercolor, Pastel, Ceramics, Glass , Sculpture, Jewelry, Fabric and more takes place April 12, 13, & 14.
April is a special time in the Columbia River Gorge and the Hood River Valley. The fruit orchards are in bloom, wildflowers emerge in the National Scenic Area, local wineries invite visitors to taste their specialties and Gorge Artists open their studios to meet art lovers and customers and to share their approach to the creative process.
Come meet the artists in their places of work and play. See demonstrations of how work is created. Tour maps are free and available at multiple locations in the Gorge and in Portland.
