GORGE FARM DAY

SUNDAY, JULY 29, 10am-5pm. GORGE FARM DAY. Tour the beautiful farms, ranches, & vineyards that make the Columbia River Gorge so bountiful! From Mt. Hood to Mt. Adams, farmers throughout the Gorge are inviting you to come visit their land and learn more about the food they produce. Visit organic vegetable farms, a sustainable ranch, an organic U-pick blueberry farm, a local vineyard, a farmstead microbrewery, a multi-generational orchard and more! Most of these farms are not open to the public routinely--this is your chance to get to know your farmer! 15+ farms are participating with clusters in Hood River & Mosier in Oregon and Maryhill, Underwood, White Salmon, Trout Lake, & Carson in Washington. Maps and vehicle passes are $15 per vehicle. Bicycle passes are only $5! Maps go on sale starting July 12. Vendor locations include Hood River Visitor Center, Waucoma Bookstore, or online (online sales available July 12-July 20 ONLY!). More map vendor locations to be announced soon. Contact info [at] gorgegrown.com or call 541-490-6420 for more information.
