King Estate Wine Dinner
Join Alderbrook Resort & Spa this month for a special, six-course dinner featuring King Estate Wines. Enjoy an expertly handcrafted menu from Alderbrook Resort & Spa's Executive Chef Lucas Sautter with wine pairings by King Estate. The evening is set to include six innovative, mouthwatering courses including seared Columbia River Steelhead, slow braised game hen and dry aged filet mignon among other indulgent dishes. Each course has been meticulously paired with a glass of wine from King Estate — Oregon's premier crafter of Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay since 1991.
