Left Coast Cellars at Truffle Festival "Walk on the Wild Side" ( Eugene)
The Oregon Truffle Festival heads to Emerald Valley Resort on Friday night where we put chef talent and pairing expertise to the te st as we kick off the weekend with the Grand Truffle Tasting Dine Around , featuring top chefs, small plates of both Oregon black and white tru ffles and the very best of Oregon beer, wine (Left Coast Cellars!) and spirits. We’ll also have a little music to dine by!
