RoxyAnn Summer Music Series: Join us for live music outside under the tents! RoxyAnn Wine Club Members. This week Broadway Phil and the Shouters Band will be performing! Broadway Phil and the Shouters have been rocking concerts and clubs since 1994. Building on a long tradition of West Coast blues, R&B and roots rock, the Shouters remain a hard driving mainstay of the independent music scene in Oregon, California and beyond.
