ROCO's Winter Supper Club Dinner
Rollin and Corby Soles invite you to join them for an intim ate dinner at ROCO Winery. Local Chef Scott Neuman of Oba! Restaurante i n Portland, will bring his talents to ROCO and prepare an exciting meal paired carefully with ROCO wines. "I've always loved playing with my fo od" says Scott, and that he does exquisitely. Oba! opened its doors in 1997 and continues to thrive in Portland's uber competitive restaurant s cene. Chef Scott has been called the Father of Nuevo Latino Cuisine in t he Pacific Northwest with his artistic combinations of cuisines from Spa in, Portugal, the Caribbean and the Americas.
