ROCO's Winter Supper Club Dinner

Rollin and Corby Soles invite you to join them for an excit ing dinner at ROCO Winery. Chef Rich Meyer, of Trifecta Tavern, will b ring his talents to the winery and prepare a special meal paired with RO CO wines. Trifecta Tavern, a hybrid bakery/tavern owned by Ken Forkish\ , was one of Portland’s most anticipated openings in 2013. When Ken tapp ed Chef Rich Meyer to join him on this project the story intensified. Ch ef Rich Meyer is a seasoned veteran of the Portland Restaurant scene and is best known for his work at Higgins for 18 years, 8 of them as Chef de Cuisine. Rich says he loves “shaping his creations to the ever changi ng climate of the Northwest.”
