Please join us Saturday, August 9th from 5-8 pm for Savor the South: An Evening with Memphis Top Chefs.

Raised in Memphis, our Winemaker, Don Crank has experienced some of the country's best BBQ and Southern cooking. He has invited some of my favorite chefs from Memphis to the winery to pair their dishes with our classic Oregon wines. Here is what we have to look forward to:

Incredible food creations from our guest chefs like Shrimp & Grits, Tamales with BBQ Mushrooms topped with Slaw, Smoked Salmon with Black Cap BBQ Sauce, Turtle Soup au Sherry, Hot Water Cornbread, Hard-Cooked Duck Egg, BBQ Nachos.. and more!

The release of our 2011 Hannah Pinot Noir (only 300 cases made)
$25 wine credit to use the night of the event on your favorite bottles

$100 per person or $75 for Wine Club Members, Shareholders and their guests
Admission includes food and wine pairings, first access to our 2011 Hannah Pinot Noir, live music and a $25 wine credit
After July 31st, prices increase to $125 and $100

Chefs include: Felicia Willett of Felicia Suzanne's, Craig & Elizabeth Blondis of Central BBQ, Miles McMath of St. Jude's Children's Hospital, Justin Burks of The Southern Vegetarian and Eric Nelson of Willamette Valley Vineyards. Wine Director, Michael Hughes of Joe's Wines & Liquors in Memphis will be helping create the perfect wine pairings for each dish.
