Soiree en Provence Winemaker's Harvest Dinner

Sunday, September 27, from 3 to 6 p.m.
The fine wines of Provincial Vineyards meet the savory flavors of Chef Gabriel of Out Aza Blue.

You arrive to a warm welcome at the outdoor deck where you sample all of the Provincial Vineyards wines while sampling some small bites. You savor the sparkling Nova Pinot Gris, the lovely summery Rose and Pinot Gris, the delightful Red Slider blend, the elegant Pinot Noir and the robust Diversity Pinot Noir. As you decide what glass you might enjoy with dinner, you are relaxed by the sound of the river flowing past the deck and you listen to music and converse with friends--some new, maybe some old. While on the deck you buy a couple charity benefit drawing tickets and hope to win the Provincial growler of wine. Will you be the lucky one? Before entering the picture-windowed dining area you choose your favorite glass and make your way to the table where Chef Gabriel and his staff woo your tastebuds with several courses of foods prepared with the nuances of the Provincial wines in mind. You learn more about the wonderful Provincial Wines from the wistful, amicable Neil Frederickson, who is as approachable as the wines he delights in sharing with you. After the last bite of dessert, you learn of special pricing on wines for Wine Club members that evening only. (Those attending will have an opportunity to sign up for the Wine Club to receive the great pricing that evening too.) Your mind rests on the empty spots in your wine rack at home and you choose some bottles to take home. But did you win a growler of wine? You'll have to attend to find out.
