Relax in the Wine Room while enjoying Traditional Method Extended Tirage Sparkling as well as Syrah, Pinot noir, and Estate Red Blend from Cottonwood Winery of Oregon. Cottonwood wines are carefully crafted by Winemaker Aaron Lieberman to showcase fruit from the vineyard in Hopewell near Salem and from several other select NW growers. Sparkling available in standard and magnum bottles; Reserve Pinot noir available in standard and half-size bottles. Sunday hours 10 AM-6 PM. Fee: $5/Flight tasting fee; refunded with purchase
