Join us on Thursday, July 23, 2015, at the third annual Summertime ¡Salud! Dinner
This relaxed yet refined evening, hosted by Stoller Family Estate and presented by The Allison Inn & Spa, begins with a welcoming wine tasting reception featuring 14 acclaimed wineries from Oregon and beyond. Mingle with the winemakers as you enjoy gourmet hors d’oeuvres prepared by Sunny Jin, Executive Chef of JORY.
An upscale, family-style, alfresco dinner will follow, featuring the fresh, sustainable bounty of ingredients Chef Sunny is known for. Your winemaker dining companions will fill your glasses from impressive large format bottles, and you will luxuriate in a leisurely and decadent summer evening multi-course dinner while surrounded by Stoller Family Estate’s breathtaking vineyards.
