Old wine is awesome, right? Well, as it turns out, it isn’t for everyone. In this session we will examine one wine from several vintages to seek an understanding of what the aging process does, both favorably and unfavorably, to wine. Maybe you will find that you prefer a wine that has been just made over one that has sat in a musty old cave for decades.
