2015 marks an historic anniversary in Oregon. Fifty year s ago, David Lett planted the first Pinot noir vine in the Willamette V alley at The Eyrie Vineyards. Could we have come so far in Oregon withou t the International Pinot Noir Celebration, bringing people together ea ch summer from all walks of Pinot admiration, to learn, to exchange id eas, and to enjoy each other's company over three days of incredible fo od and wine? That we cannot answer. But since its inception, the IPNC c ertainly has learned how to throw a great party. This year we celebrate not only with Pinot, but with Champagne and sparkling wine from across the globe.
