The Four Seasons of Fresh "Spring"
Formerly the First of the Farmers Market, this food & wine class has been expanded to include all four seasons. In this first class, we will look at simple food and wine pairings that can be made in a snap, all with items purchased at that morning's spring market. A mini food and wine iron chef, in the clothes of the simple farmer.
