Raptor Ridge Winery invites you to celebrate the Bounty of Summer! To mark the occasion, Raptor Ridge is offering a specially selected flight of our single vineyard wines, paired with a few fantastic bites prepared by Raptor Ridge Chef and owner of The Side Yard Farm, Stacey Givens. Stacey and Raptor Ridge sommelier Tom Champine creatively pair these wines to über local bites, many grown directly in Stacey’s urban farm. Guests can take in the evening air and observe dusk from the tremendous “Flight Deck” in the Chehalem Mts, and meet other Food and Wine loving fans. As a bonus, each guest will take home a new recipe and a bit of wine pairing wisdom!

Menu: A food and wine menu inspired by the Bounty of Summer! 2011 Rose of Pinot Noir (new release); 2010 Trig Pinot Noir (fewer than 200 cases produced); 2008 Estate Adalfo’s Block Pinot Noir (only 2 cases remain). Fee: $15 (for 3 bites, and 3 wines) $10 for Club Members. RSVP:  Not required for groups less than four.
