Valentine's Weekend at ROCO Winery
Bring that special someone to ROCO Winery for our two-day V alentine's Weekend Event. Experience a unique flight of ROCO's single vi neyard and limited production Pinot Noirs paired with a selection of loc ally crafted salamis from Fino in Fondo Salumeria. Fino in Fondo, loca ted in McMinnville, uses all natural NW pork from Carlton Farms. The s alamis are cured with traditional old world techniques and aged to perfe ction for 18 months. Come celebrate this classic pairing with us!
