Vertical Tasting:

Enjoy an opportunity to compare reserve wines paired with hors d’oeuvres and to participate in stimulating conversation following the tasting of each wine. Participants can then do cross- comparisons which are effective in bringing out the nuances of each vintage and evaluate the aging characteristics of the wines.
