1pm Vineyard Walk -- Join us for a leisurely walk through the vineyard where you'll learn about th e different varietals, growing methods and terrior. (Followed by wine t asting, of course!)

2pm Wine 101 and Gourmet Tasting -- Sommelier an d Chef Maxine Borcherding will lead the group on a food and wine pairing journey. Learn how flavor and aroma profiles can be used to create a pa rtnership that is better than the sum of its parts!

Classic minestrone w Italian sausage (gluten free). Served with VX Pinot Noir or Syrah
