Wine Education Class II - Willamette Valley Varieties
Willamette Valley Varieties - this class covers the basic h istory and current picture of Willamtte Valley wine production. Mitch N elson will review viticultural areas (AVA's), climate and soil types. During the tasting, we will focus on tasting and evaluating the three t op varieties produced in Oregon: Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay.
Our first class was a HUGE success, so sign up early for this one. The cost is $35 person with limited seating. All attendees will also h ave the opportunity to purchase the wines featured in the tasting at 15% off regular price.
