Winter Dinner No. 1: Get Your Grill On
Do you love BBQ? Smoked meats and cheese?
Then don’t miss out on the first event in our Winter Dinner series! Just in time for your SuperBowl party, we’re teaming up with Chef Allen Routt of The Painted Lady and Storrs Smokehouse for a demonstration and dinner celebrating the joys of grilling and smoking your favorite foods.
The demonstration will begin at Storr’s Smokehouse in Newberg, where Chef Allen will cover the secrets to those beautiful smokey flavors and the varieties of foods that benefit from them.
Dinner will be served in our estate tasting room and feature the techniques highlighted in the demonstration as well as a few of our favorite Winderlea wines.
